for those who dont know the river that well you can see in 25's pic a boat(possibly fast cat ferry) heading towards inner dolphin spit,this is THE water way for all boats travelling the swan, between Perth and Fremantle-from canoes to rottnest ferries.

Excellent work Chris. I was out briefly with the Captain at Peli and man it was windy. once you got out past the very defined area of the shallows, the chop was scary so watching PD head off on a broad reach into that area was heart in mouth stuff. I leant my GPS to a buddy to try so no data for me, first time i've been blown off my board with a 5.6m since I dont know when !!
