6252 days ago Today the wind was 18-24knots gusts to 30knots. I decided to try my old small slalom board mistral sle 280 with code red 6.7 and Porlimit 34 slalom fin. The chop was pretty big and this combination works good. Wind changed direction to the SI and I had to go away form the coast, in that moment finn broke down. I was swimming for about 30min and didnt move more than 50 meters because of very strong curent. Then I called my mates to pick me up with boat. Thanks god that i had cell phone with me.
I spend about 70min swiming in the see with 3/2 dry suit. I was frozen and I am tired but still very satisfied with this day.
