Sorry to see you hurt your ribs Non. I did that a few months back: it took about 8 weeks for the pain to completely go (I could not sail for about 4 weeks).

Today(5/9) 4 (Tsuchan, Non, Naka and  I ) was trying . Yes  we are starting !!!

But Tsuchan data is gone ,It is my miss ,So today is 3 data   I will update soon.

Yhaa Non did today and he took Seat harness, As for the seat harness, lib is not painful.$B!!(B he said!!

When we ware post (Non and me) then got score,,Friends have begun to have interest!!!
