GPS Team Challenge - FNQ Mob (QLD, Australia)

Last thing I expected was a good sail. We rigged because there was a few puffs coming thru. Herby went out first and got a few slow planing runs, so I decided to join him. Suddenly there was a N/Easter as good as the dam gets...windy....sunny...wow...120 minutes of tearing about.

What a difference a day makes...Rossco came up yesty and there was bugger all wind. Today it ended just the opposite.

When the wind came in I regretted my 32km bike ride before breakfast.

I had to interrupt my session to go to shore and tighten up the mast base. Moving for 111 minutes on Fatboy with 7.0 NP Solo.

Congrats Lyn on NM. LG Herby, you have to ride your bike to the shop to get milk for breakfast, then you have to rig Lyn's gear,then you have to check out the conditions, then you have to watch Lyn sail past you, what more could a man ask for, but your right Herby LG while we are still enjoying ourselves doing the things we enjoy.

Good to hear you getting wind at the dam.

Thanks Sharon...Sometimes we sail a NM in a straight line, but rarely can we plane all the way....Today there was a jibe

in mine.
