117 F2 Stoke, 6.7 NP RS4, 36 northshore maui freeride,

Beachport, Lake George spit, S 12 then building to 20+,

was just going for a cruise with norman and geoff after doing a 120ks dirtbike ride with mates from Beachport to Robe and return through the dunes in the morning, but the seabreeze kicked in and ended up a great sailing afternoon, was overpowered in the end but too tired to change down, no fantastic speeds as I think the 36 fin was holding me back will try a 30 pointer or weedy with the 6.7 next time. Smile happy to push my distance up a bit more.

Another nice sail out at the Murray Mouth today – better wind for today, although direction was a bit annoying. I headed out using my 6.6m Koncept again and the 93L S-type but later on when dad broke his 7.0m Gaastra GTX I borrowed his board for a while. After we had both used that for a few runs (taking in turns) I got back on the S-type as the wind picked up – all up a good afternoons sailing. No real chance to go for any down wind runs, always seemed like I was pointing up wind for some reason - so speeds aren’t as good as they could have been. But a great sail never the less (even pulled off most gybes – on dads board anyway!!)
