Melville beach and went up to Pt walter for a few runs , did the ferry run back to Melville , should of stuck it out at the point a bit longer the wind seemed to be filling in a bit more.  IS86, 6.5CR, 29F1.

Wally world with a few of the Pinnas.  Koncept 5.8, Falcon 28, CA SP50.  Fun session till I got a huge squirt, pulled away towards the spit post and then ate it BIG TIME!!!  No more 5.8Cry.

Swam half way back to Dalkeith and then got picked up by a launch - the guy that owns Flying Objects of all things!  This sail shredding thing seems to be becoming a habit.  Chest hurts like a bastard.  Glad I had that helmet on............

Headed back to Mandurah after a good session there yesterday, with the aim of punching out a good hour with Slowy.

One thing I forgot mention to mention about yesterday's sesh was that I spun out and ate it badly at 36.7 knots - hurt myself a wee bit; dislocated left big toe, dislocated right index finger and various other bruisings. I kept sailing as the conditions were nice and gradually regained my shattered confidence...and then some.

Woke up pretty sore this morning but was keen for a sail and figured that since I had carried on after the stack yesterday, I would be OK today. WRONG! My foot is totally swollen and wouldn't fit in the footstrap. I had two runs out and back and was forced to call it a day. Spewin as it was flatter than yesterday and all sorts of PBs were out there to attempt. Anyway, hopefully all good by tomorrow.

Did the mish down to hardies after ado agreed to back me up with a 1-hour and some kms. I convoyed down with spotty. When we got there ado looked to be in pain after a bit of a crash yesterday and was clearly not up for 1-hour or distance action. So I decided for a tuning mission with the 7.0m, SP40 and the 23.5cm symmetric fin that sliced my finger a few months back. I finally got it finished so had to try it. It wasnt quite raked enough so most runs I was jumping to clear weed off and sometimes had to remove it by hand (I would have done it whilst in the air, but was worried that I might cut my hand again Wink). Conditions were rated between 6 and 7 out of 10 by the locals. Plenty of wind in the gusts, but quite gusty, plenty of seaweed, and really not very flat at all today. Pretty happy with my speeds considering. I'm really liking the 7m!

A windy and very choppy Peli and I don't care what the numbers say, this was perhaps the most fun session I've had this year !.  A couple of nice drags with Snake and Steve from Windforce topped off a really fun blast. Very, very surprised that the numbers are so relatively low, given what I felt were much higher speeds on the water ? Still, the numbers don't reflect how much fun it really was. Oohh and an hour PB as well Smile thought i was in the hunt about half way through and with everything feeling so sweet, just kept going for it (even though I did get in a little trouble with her-in-doors for being late for bedtime stories !)  . Should have made the effort to get up to WW, was thinking about it but was half expecting the wind to totally turn off like it did yesterday.

Nice numbers Whitey !

Well done on the hour, JC.

Sorry to hear about the damage Ado and Whitey. Hope you are back on the water soon. Good speed, Whitey.

And as always a silly set of numbers from Mr Boat (who I think sails in the gap between this and an alternate universe where the wind is stronger and the water flatter! Well that is the only explanation I can come up with!)
