Early sail at Mandurah. TR4 7.6 rrd 112. Marginal but still a good sail. Waited around for awhile after the wind dropped but it never came back. Stopped at Saftey bay on the way home for another try. ( Wishful thinking).

Melville Beach, WA, AU

Isonic 94, 6.5 O/D, 30 Choco W/speed.

A better than exspected sail. Wind very gusty & light, but the gusts had some pressure in them.

7m Tushie & Every board in the van.

Great sail on the Estuary - had it all to myself except for three other PSS'ers & a few boats & crabbers Laughing

Only powered up for a few short spurts but had fun.Cool

Exocet Cross 104L With 7.8M Lightning & 32cm LE Weedy.

Quiet arvo sail at Mandurah in very light wind & very under-finnedFrown

Broke out the AHD 85 wide & then got powered upLaughing

Not real fast but some nice runs, even raced a stink boatSurprised

I also found the Rock Garden, I knew those poles were there for a reasonEmbarassed

A nice, late sail in a dying breeze. The Kinetic 95, 7.8 Lighting & LE 45 Weedie. Very happy with the old formula board, a bargain! Makes sailing in the light iffy stuff a lot of fun!Laughing

JP Slalom VI 112, NP RSS 7.8, Choco 44.

What a gigantic waste of time, I drove up to Cervantes based on the windfinder forecast of 16 knots all afternoon.

It blew 20 knots all morning until I got there at 2:00pm and then proceeded to die to 10 knots very quickly.

Got to remember to take off the dam polarized sunnies as they make it look windier that it is.

And here is the 400 Meter walk of shame, anyone who invites me to Cervantes better be a fisherman or a scuba diver. Frown

CR6.7, Sonic85/26WeedSpeed, then JPSuperX116/37fin. Cruisy sail down at Mandurah with CB and Paul and Anne. Fastest speeds on the little board - changed up to the bigger board to try to get more planing time, though didn't seem to gain much. Surprised that we had the place to oursleves (though I guess lack of wind may account for that). A pleasant afternoon, topped off with a feed of crabs for dinner! Thanks Paul for organising the outing!

Bummer about the light wind up there Graceman.

I was itching to go to Geraldton for Fri and Sat, but chickened out at the last minute, spent yesterday here, today at Lano.

Had a good session both days though!  Had to pull off one wave today because of a pod of dolphins suddenly surfacing right where my bottom turn should go Laughing

Jealous mate, I love running with the dolphins.

Glad you got some wave time.

Nelson, Annie I think I may have seen you as I rigged at the end of the day for session 2. I had some fun on the 7.8 and 120 ltr board but you should have been there 6-10 am, it was so much better!
