Koncept 6.4, futura 101 and 38cm KA fin that unfortunately kept catching weeds. Luckily there were not too many weeds so that I could cope. The mile is my PB mile with 2 jybes.

The forecast 20-25 knots WSW didn't arrive. We had about 12-16 knots. WSW to SW so just powered up with 6.4 2010 Koncept on IS111 with Lessacher 28cm Duo weed fin. Did not catch any weed. Laughing

Fin felt good both ways. A couple of small spinouts when pushing hard upwind on Port tack and speed dropped below 18-19 knots. Otherwise very secure and stable on the straights and in the gybes.

6.5 prisma, torquay 51,

spent most of the day on small fins hoping for a repeat of the early 25-30kt squall i was on the wrong end of the course to catch.

put more fin on and tried for a 1 hour on the best wind at the end of the day but only got 46 mins in.

Hi Andrew, I though I put a note for you ... I notice you been using recently some of the Lessacher fin.. I have myself the 28 Duo and Cham 24 (which I have been using a lot recently). I am surprised that you using a 20 on the 111L. I found the 28 good up to my 85, 104 L with 7.2. I think he has a good concept, the fins are not very good to high speed, and finishing not very good, had to finished them back to get a nice smooth finish. Anyway, did don't know he had some 20's! is your 20 a 45 rake?

I wonder what your 20 look like and would not mind to have look at it, likeI said, I like his concept but find the fin too think to be fast, they great all around fin and I like the idea of his surface repartition (wide at the base, short, wide at the tip!). The top would be a 24 duo thin profile!! You know if he makes any now!?

I have also 2x Wo 28, wide and thin.. both of them does not work at all (for testing.. did not paid for it!) they look like the Duo (concept) but got a 30 deg rake... so few ago after 2 years, I modified and corrected the Wo wide making a 24.. is ready to go, waiting for the next wind to test it. If work, I may send it back to him with a note Wink. So if you got a chance, could you send me some pic of it!? Thanks
