well what a waist of time, gusty and very very choppy on outgoing tide, about 15m off the run.i might head out after lunch if conditions improve.

went back out and the wind at the air port was saying 27 knots when i was rigging, over the hills there was a big black cloud.it looked hopeful but was not to be.lucky to be 17 knots but at least i got to try some of my new gear way underpowered but great to see how the sail went, it feels very stable and plenty of grunt, cant wait to get the sail out in more wind.also cant wait to try my new jp speed 45 and NP evo II 4.7.thanks SHQ for sponsoring me......will have to step it up now.

Wind was blowing about 20+ knots when we were rigging up. But as soon as i started carrying the gear down to the beach it dropped right out. Hoped that it would kick in again however as there was some heavy cloud cover on the horizon which looked promising. Not to be however!! hoping that we get a few nice days where we can put some decent hours of sailing time intoSmile
