Lake Cootharaba, QLD, AU  is 86 33 select  6.5 naish steath  .after 2  days at golden beach went to lake .Havn't been there for at least 2 years took the kids ,wanted to go kite boarding.

forgot how choppy it is.had a good blast with guys from Brissy and locals,couldn't power out of the turns though.

legs gave out after a hour put in a softer 31 fin helped heaps but couldn't get up wind the same. nice for a change . I think queens will be next.Do i need a passport ????

No passport is required but you will have to hand in at least 15 IQ points when you get to the Redcliffe city limits. Oh you'll have to change into a blue singlet/flanno as well, if you're not already properly dressed.

Great result Hawk. Yes come down to Queens. Don't expect a good speed but you can be sure you'll get more wind.

good one hour and nautical mile Hawk, the lake is good for these divisions.

 

Ulf - yes I am busy moving house.  Have been here 2 nights now and heaps to do but hopefully will get out for a quick blast later.  Looks like a good day for distance, hope you were up early to beat my 150!
