4907 days ago 1 categories  Fantastic session with JAK in the arvo at Hampton  ! Very choppy, but nice waves for jumping. Did one of my best jibes on the bay ever (12kn minimum speed), but it doesn't count because I went too much downwind on the return leg  . Looking forward to more southerlies...

4907 days ago 2 categories   Hampton, VIC, AU, Afternoon session with Seb. Rigged a 6.2 at a promising 23 knots and by the time taking to the water it must have dropped below 20. Took the barge and schlogged one run out and in (only once on the plane), come in and decided to rig bigger. After going out again and 30 minutes in the session it picked up again but couldn't be bothered to change again. So stayed on the big kit which didn't feel right in the conditions, too much chop (read swell or waves) for 135 litre and at times way overpowered. Still good to be out though.
