Peli Pt for a quick one after work. Hit the water about 5.30 just as the wind booted a bit. 2011 7.5 Koncept, iSonic 111 proto, 40 Talon was a bit of a handful at times. Did a few runs across the shallows and nearly came unglued bigtime on one occasion. Good to see a solid seabreeze on the Swan!

nice sail at smellvile. Was desperate to try the new EIII RS racing 5.5m (pre-production proto) that I had in the shed for a while, so despite it being 7.8m+ weather (gusty 15-22kts) I gave it a crack. Had a great sail despite a few submarine moments. Used the nude 54 with a 28cm fin. Found the strongest gusts near mosman park in the ferry channel for the best runs. It was quite choppy today due to the high tide but that board loves chop. The sail is a nice improvement in bottom end over the previous EIII proto I had before. The accelleration is fantastic and it glides through holes nicely. Cant wait to get the bigger sizes, and get some more wind!!!

Slowie you are amazing.

We were saying you'd probably still pull out a 36 even on a 5.5!
