Great sail at lagoons beach until the tide went right out. Quite a few learners out today which was good to see. A bit too lumpy for any descent speeds. Went for a wave sail with Al later at east beach fully powered up with a 5.0, some nice sets coming through...hopefully will be as good tomorow. Happy new year to all

happy new year to everyone let the wind blow

Woo hoo, very happy that I improved my 2 second, didn't think I was going to as I really struggled in all the chop.  Kept blowing my gybes so not much help with the 1 hour.  Would love some smoother sailing to see if I can keep improving my speed

Nice start to the new year!

Quite out of control to start with, the chop was lifting me all over the place.   I finally realised that my 76kg on an 84litre with a 6.1 in 25knots doesn't like a 32cm fin, I spent a long time being attacked by a flying board until I put a 27cm in, then at last I had control and could comfortably handle the chop and keep a bit of speed.Cool

Dorans, TAS, AU Nice afternoon sail at Dorans.Wind was a bit patchy. IS.101 6.8 Loft Blade

Rushed home from work to get out on a very low tide on the bar. As i got out the wind really kicked in and i was extremely powered up and uncomfortable on the 6.7 CR and 86 IS slim. Izaak had already almost done 100 k's!! So I went for a couple of runs got wet and then called it a day. Could have really have used the new 5.8 KA Koncept but just did not have the time nor the energy!

Wow the Tassie Speed Seekers are coming first in every division. Cannot ever remember that happening before. 6 points is the lowest score you can get. Well done to everyone out there yesterday. I thought today was meant to be windier but now I am not so sure.

Nice PBs Jodi, awesome NM Kaleb and good distance. Ray top 2 sec for the day, 35 is flying, well done.
