Had  a lonely sail in 20 knots on a Sunday. The usual huge chop but wasn't to bad when I first went out.

Another great day at the island. Wind was a only 15 and vary east this morning so we missed sailing the eastern run with any power. it finally came in about 12pm and we had a good session out in the choppy northern run. Water was a bit cold though, the divers said it was down to chilly 26 degrees.

Beautiful clean water CA 50, VMG 6.0 Venom 30.

Kurrimine Beach, QLD, AU......5.9mLoft 02 and 105l Screamer......Had a session in morning and knocked off while tide was too low and then another on incoming tide....A sunny day here with about 12 sailors having fun.

Kurrimine Beach, QLD, AU    ....    Tried out "Old Yella"    which is my 25 year old first wave board which gets a few giggles but I still love it.

Never before have I used a sail on it bigger than 5m, but I used 5.9m, because thats the smallest we had, and it worked very well.   When packing up I dropped the fin bolt (US box) and lost it, so tomorrow I will have to take back the Screamer.

Pretty happy today because I busted the 7000 Km mark .

Posting for Ed who sailed at Port Douglas. Ed's card had a bucket load of files from today, all different sizes. I think there is a problem with the card or connection, there's a heap of distance missing

Port Douglas, QLD, AU.     Had a great sail up at Pt D today with Ed, Sharyn,Mandy,Tristan,Rick, Eds young mate (name?) and Bill

a new guy to Cairns from Brissie. It was a pretty solid 20-25 kn all arvo, used a 6 and 6.5 on an old windaction 270. The waves we great today

and got quite a bit of jumping practice. I just missed seeing Ed dive thru the middle panel of his old favourite 6.5m and he was

 forced to de rig and use his 5.4m -- he was still fully powered up though. Good to see heaps of sailors in the North making the most

of the conditions, pitty you were working Firie.

2 runs on the Exo 50 rsr 6.2 E3 & delta 25 but ran out of water .The cams on the E3 were sticking today-couldnt get them to rotate -f..... annoying would be an understatement ...

Sailed with KEL & Toody  .All in all not quite what we were hoping for but still good fun.When the sun was out it was stunning .
