Nice session at Bonno with Urs, Rick and Sean. My first session on Starboard on Simon's old Kode. Great board but a bit slow. Hehe, no I didn't really go for speed, just worked on figuring out the board.

Quick bump and jump session.

 

Got to Rye at 8am. Wind felt pretty strong. Rigged and headed out. First hour was great but it soon died off after that. 1.5 hours on the water isn't too bad though. Kit felt perfect today just a shame it didn't last longer.

snuk down to GP for a quick burst this arvo. Not that many people out considering how good the conditions were…
(must have all gone down to Rye for the big day down there!! Tongue out )

It was as good as a northerly gets at GP. No too many holes and steady 25kts I'm estimating. Since I was on a time constraint, I thought I'd set myself to get a good 1hr kms total, to see what I could muster. (that was on the Syncro. Then I hopped on the good old Screamer for a 3 runs, which bumped the 2 sec max up by 1.5 knots)

Mistrals -Syncro 92, Concept Screamer 83. Severne Blade 5.7.  + Ripcurl internal camel toe booties.

Was thinking that was strange as you went out about 15 minutes before me at Rye. But I thought maybe the Sup session from the day before had taken all your puff!

Looks the north of the bay turned it on again. I had other commitments today so hence was a noshow. well back on the water next weekend hopefully.
