Inverloch, VIC, AU

Kode94 & Ezzy Panther 4.7m

Not a bad morning at Inverloch. Full tide - plenty of swell and chop meant a nice bump n jump session to start with followed by a small section of flat water towards the bottom of the strip nearing lunch time. Wind dieing towards early afternoon and not feeling like rigging up to a 5.8m we had a early day. Was trying to get a bit of distance but the wind didn't play. Gybes not so good today but I think I've finally made a bit of progress after extending the rig even further forwards into my gybes engaging the rail more. I know a few I did towards the end of the session felt good. Enjoyable day.

Looking forward to the other posts from down at the Pit today.

Nice day, Fish Pub was great too!

A bit more wind would be nice, never overpowered: Manta 98, Ram 5.8, Talon32.

Well worth the drive to Sandy Point today with Jak and Kgb, arrived just after high tide and decided to wait another 20 mins before driving in. We had good steady wind most of the afternoon but I was always seemed a bit underdone when broad.

Used the seat harness all day with nice long lines and that felt good just needed a bit more wind or a bit more sail. Had the Pro-kids ready to go on the beach but never felt I needed it unfortunatly. Looking forward to seeing the other guys data!

Nearly forgot Fishy pub was great!!

Sandy Point, Vic, AU, Great flatwater blasting session with Jman and KGB. Drove into the inlet around noon at nearly high tide, some guys already going down the strip. Was slightly underdone with the 6.6 Koncept and the Rocket 105 but still managed a couple of runs around 30kts, changed to the Futura 1.5hrs in with which I had the best runs until it dropped off again and had to change back to the Rocket. Extremly happy with the Futura, definitely a step up from the Rocket and good match to the sail. Fishy pub ended a great day.

Yeah, 5.2m would have been perfect for most of the day. Was nicely powered for about 2 hours on the 4.7m (minimal outhaul and downhaul) but it got a bit weaker towards midday and then lighter again by 1:30pm.  Pretty rough in the morning, no flat water but good fun on the Kode. About 8 or so kiters and 2-3 windsurfers. Was good!
