down to the river at 4.30 after family business all day, Todays mission speed. a little dissapointed to be realspeeded back under 30 but bugger it had 30.26 on the dial and did it in some ugly PP chop. so mission accomplished can move on and find some flat water now.

Only one off, mid-gybe apart from that handled it pretty well..sail felt awesome even in the gusts, never overpowered just went faster. Did some big long jumps over chop and generally had a ball.

Nice cruisey sail with Stevie M until the yatchs turned up and so did heuy

Got a bit hairy so packed up shop and headed for wally world knowing the carpack at melville would be a nightmare

Stage 2

Wallyworld Isonic 101 Reflex 7.0 Canefire 40

Rocked up patchy but flat and no-one around.... Im here what the f... why not

Nice to be on flat water again you dont realise how much you miss it even if it was a bit holey

Gave up on the speed idea pretty quickly due to the hole and just had some fun

The gate keeper (Mark S) appeared and apologised for skunking me but heuy had skunked himself

I know how it feels to get 30 on the dial but be downgraded to 29's. I'm in that situation too. Still a 30 on the dial is a 30. Soon...

Fantastic effort Ray Gun. So close to the 30 and a great 5x10 (also not that far behind Troutty today as well). A great days sailing. Missed out today due to other plans, maybe tmorrow

Well done on the PB's ray gun!

I blew the cobwebs of my wave gear and went to Dutchies today. Good to sail on the ocean again. But, with a little bit of luck, I can get away from work early tomorrow, and go for speed on the river again.
