A nice sail with glynn earlier on into the day , was allright at the beggining still a bit to patchy but afterwards a huge squall struck us hitting roughly the 30kt mark maybe a touch more but the tide was too high and the chop was pretty bad at the time and couldnt even hold the sail up totally got smashed it was a mission to get back to the car park doing 6 downwind runs sheeted out completely and hopeing not to catapult...

Afterwards went back out again but the wind shifted southerly and it was totall crap so gusty but all in all a not bad session..

Called into The Grand to see Brendon hook into a nice gust before the rainbow. Foolishly thought about rigging up but wind quickly died.

Went out for a lunch time wave sail on my big freeride board and my RefII 7.0, man that was fun, I'm getting some wave gear!!! After that I heard that the boys had some big wind back home. We didn't get much but I went out to try and beat Pierre in 2sec and 5X10. Got to try out my new fin.

Speeds on RefII 7.0, ISo 53, Sonntag GPS5 23. That fin is super sic, very different to ride in the chop. Can't wait to try it in flat water.
