Canton Beach, NSW, AU                   Custom speed 44 , custom speed weed 25 , warp 5.8

Happy with the speed for the chop, Nick was looking very solid and fast , solid 30 knots + and some big bullets coming through pretty

regular , glad it was not as cold as yesterday

Marmong Point SC - Fanatic Falcon 89, Gasoil 32cm fin, Maui Sails Tr8 6.6m.

Wind was strong 30 knots up to 40 at times.  Big waves and lots of chop made it pretty challenging and hard to peg good speeds.  Found a few sectons on northern side (crowdes bay) where I good put the foot down a bit.

Good to see a few of the guys braving the tricky conditions.  FUN day!!

iSonic 97, Mauisails TR5 5.5 - Wind SSW 20-30 kts

Another very windy day, with a bit more sun than yesterday.  Very tricky conditions and still trying to work out the sweet spot for the isonic.  Well done to all the others on their big speeds!

Great work Greg, tough going out there today mate. I would post but unfortunately the GPSTC doesn't have a category for longest walk with a broken mast through waist deep thick weeded water, otherwise I'd be on top!!!

Hey Sam, weather was a bit too wild for all who sail the club, so it was decided to go for safety first.  A few of us just went out for a free sail.  Pretty rough conditions out front of club to go more then 33ish, but found some smaller knee'ish high sections across the other side to queeze out a few more knots.  Far from flat water speed sailing though.

Looking forward to catching up with you guys shortly.

P.s. Congrats on the speeds Greg.  You are getting quicker by the month. Good to see! Byron tells me you got hold of a speed board and have been sailing canton a lot.  You should be primed for Sandy Point in a few months when we head down!
