Gotta get up to Sydney one day, Foreshore Rd looks interesting.

The forecast wasn't good for the afternoon so expectations were low - and for once they were pleasantly exceded! The usual westerly stop-start gustiness and towards the end I was way overpowered on my 6.2 but great fun. Very tiring though. Carrying all my stuff up the 62 stairs to our flat was not that much fun...

Good to see a couple of Craigs out there - had some fun drag races with the first of them but given he was on a 5.0 it was more just down to the luck of what the wind did.

32 degrees out there today!

Yeah, a great day for it. First counted those steps when inspecting the flat, knew then of course what a pain they'd be for lugging stuff but the view over coogee bay from the roof terrace won us over... I'd planned to fly to Melbourne for the races but maybe driving the long way round and taking a few extra days could make a lot of sense. Never been to SP. I'd need a new sail I think - only wave sails below 6.2. Anyone selling a 5 - 5.5 slalom/race sail?

Not sure if the jp/pryde trailer has demo  race sails but it will be there over the long weekend. I'll be there from 1st to 5th Nov. Hopefully see you there. Camping in my new gear trailer.

Thanks Sparky and SeaSkip for putting our team on the board. i still haven't managed 1 sail this month, weekends have been terrible.

Sparky, If you need the sail for Sandy Point I can lend you my Koncept 5.0. 2009 year, pretty good condition.
