Canton Beach, NSW, AU Took my boys out for a sail today and they went well. Oscar (10) did 4 or 5 runs, turning board round by himself and sailing back into shore. Santo (8) uphauled and took off today for the first time. Mattys son Josh also did real well. Could be the next generation. I did 20 minutes or so on my 8.3 koncept 121 falcon 36 weedy and my neighbours 100 wide Starboard start. Good fun day. Matty,Pete, Pugs, Jeff, Little Johnny and Big Dave all out. Go Marauders.

Nice little session just down wind of pelican island where there was some super flat water and preety deep water there as well. Tabou Rocket 105 with a 6.0 GPS. Just a bit underpowered of the 6.0 GPS but stil got some nice runs.

Mick and I were teaching our kids to windsurf and the wind picked up a little so I went for a few runs on my board but the wind was very gusty and the lulls were to big. The kids loved it so it was a good day! Bic Vivace 149L raceboard, 8.6m loft raceblade & JP36 weedy.

Really nice session on the flat water down wind of Pelican Island.

Nice sail at Queens Lake with Mark. Se 12- 18 knots.

Well what happened to the wind 2day? Bloody wind did not really ever come up and was only 10-12 knots max for a minute maybe. Not enought to really get on the plane but I did have one run. The rest of the time it was a struggle with the high tide making it really lumpy and messy. Water starting was hit and miss so I did not tempt fate too much and cut the session short. Even the kiters were struggling 2day!!

 Late afternoon blast with Martin.SSE-S at 15-20knots. Very choppy and weedy, making for a difficult sail, but happy to be out. Fanatic SL104 38BP weeedy 6.5GTX.

Sailing late afternoon with Gabe on Wallis Lake, NSW, AU. Very brief and surprising gust of wind creating choppy water in front of sailing club. Sailed big gear not expecting any wind - JP 125 Excite with 7.7 H2 NP and 42weed fin. Lot of weed in the water.  

Great to get wet despite the flimsy forecast but I am getting bloody tired of windless weekends and great windy Monday's, Tuesda'y, Wednesday's .......
