Fanatic Falcon 102, Hot sails GPS 6.6, 34 BP weedy

Wind was 10-15 to start but was building slowly and decided to hammer the 2k strip inside the spit. Used the 34 fin today and it was better, was flying over the chop and really powered up. Well pleasedSmileWink

Fun day with regular crew. Rigged the 7.0 blade with a little more down haul and although hard to believe it felt even better than the other day. Definitely made the right choice to go back on them. Fun day with good wind. Carl looked good on his new 6.6 hotsail today. He looked to be smoking across the lake. Can't wait to see his numbers. He's gone to the drags so guess he won't post till tomorrow morning

Great day at Boggy unfortunately my GPS seems to have sh.t itself, didn't record any data although I could see read outs on the screen during the day. At the end of the session it would not turn off and still won't turn off, the screen is continually scrolling through the menu of its own accord. Any suggestions, or do I need a new one, if so what type is the best to get that will download through KA 72, and where can I get one, and how much are they. Any help would be appreciated

Boggy Lake, SA, AU

2014 iSonic 117 carbon / 7.0 Severne R2 / 41cm Select S11

2013 Futura 93 / 2014 Severne NCX 6.0 / Select 35

Great day! Great to try out the 117 for the first time - absolutely love it! It went really well with the 7.0 even in the marginal winds to begin with, but was still very controllable in the 20 knot chop by the end of the day.

Had a great run on the NCX later in the day, and had a chance to get it a bit more dialled in - it's brilliant, and well suited to the Fu93 for powered up blasting in the choppy conditions.

Good to catch up with the Boggy crew and enjoy a few drinks at the end of the day. Cool

Boggy Lake, SA, AU - 13 to 18.

What a daySmile.  Started out picking up a new 2013 Hot Sails GPS 6.6m and a new Simmer boom.  Rigged sail - looked beaut straight out the bag and boom felt great - Headed up the top and cruised for 2 hours to stretch in new sail.  Had to leave early as the wind picked up.  Still had a nice cruise and am thinking this sail is going to rock and a great addition to the Barbie collection with brother and sister - 7.3 and 5.5Smile.

Ended up watching the car drag racing 4, 6, rotary and vl turbo nationals - LIFE IS GOODSmile.

Isonic 86 / 2013 6.6m Hot Sails GPS and Black Project R325.

Hey geoff. Sounds like it has jammed. Let it go flat then put it on charge and turn it on. Should still be ok. Then save data logger to card and you may be. Able to retrieve data recorded before it froze. Both my gps units do it every now and then. That's why I run two  let us know how you go

Could also be as simple as keypad lock on. Hold joystick in for a good ten secs to check?
