Groundhog day at WW.

Wind was more consistent at the start but less gusty and far less stinknboats.

Some sweet runs through the rumble strip chop behind the island. Not fast but fun.

Best run through the chop in the middle of the river heading towards Pt resolution.

Still huge amounts of snot.

Pretty choppy on the sandbar and strangely even a bit gusty today - the wind didn't boot in like I expected.

Still great alpha practice - now just have to find some flat water.

Isonic 86, HSM GPS 6m (underdone), Vector weedy 24 and Vector DWS 27 (both too small)

Enjoyed practcing gybes afetr the Simon Bornhoft course. I think I improved, certainly can better see what I am doing incorrectly. Got a few planing gybes that felt right. And broke two battens falling into the sail on one that definately was not right.

Watermans Beach, WA, AU, SE Wave 5.8 and Kombat 79l

Only had time for a short sail so just sailed at Watermans. Bit of bump and jump but I think you get bad habits sailing with big fins. Actually stopped to check I still had a fin as I would have sworn it had broken off when it let go on the first run out. Good little bit of fun.

Great going snagging some pbs out there Alistair and Sam, that was a pretty sweet session! Opted to give the beaver a miss due to tides Lao, by the sounds of the pipe it looks like the right call was made! Stoked to score a river hour pb myself but youre right pointy, 25 eludes me still ;)
