Nice sail with Ant, conditions far from easy or fast but doing the NMs was fun.  Unfortunately we did'nt really get a steady increase in wind strength, it just kicked in big time during the last 10 minutes of the session, made getting back a bit tricky.

Im glad i made the effort to go to southend again today with Ian although the forecast was a bit dodgy for the morning,  its all good experience for me.  got some new PR's and 40 knots in my sights now for over christmas or the new yr. we did a few nautical mile runs which was awesome, defo a killer on the legs though need to work on them haha. getting back to the beach afterwards was interesting, totally stacked on our gear and with a twisted ankle.
