wind was lighter than it looked. it was quite choppy. wind was persistantly shifting to the east. I missed the top mark layline everytime and had to double tack. also at the mark the wind was land effected and was more left! making it double hard to get the lay line. live and learn :-)

I have a new toy, a Heart Rate Monitor! This session it reads 55mins, 737kcal, average HR 139, max HR 182!! im 43 years old so thats pumping!! check my speed only 22knots. So therefore if you want a rush get into formula :-) and turn those lighter wind days into full on action days
