Walked into half a rusty crab pot with 6 inch spikes sticking out of it. Now at RBH as my foot has swollen. Glad no one fell on it as it was in the middle of the main gybing area where Ben was doing his freestyle tricks ! I threw it in the mangove trees so hopefully it will stay there.
