iS90, 7.0RBlade, 33 CL Sl2 - Lammermoor Beach, QLD, AU NNE 20-26kn

Felt a bit out of sorts today and having an iced coffee just before sailing didn't help.  Bit over done initially but wind tapered off slightly.  Sailed over to main beach but no better than Lammermoor.  Tried for an hour but stupid bloody boom popped the clips and I had to call it quits about 40minutes in.

Jurien Bay, WA, AU

I was rigging up at Cervantes (which looks nothing like I remember) when Troppo gave me a call and said get your worn out old arse up to Jurien. Had to do some 4 wheeling to get to the spot and had a great little sail late in the arvo Cool

Cam I thought I might finially get a ball but you did me again Laughing

That's a super photo Firie! A new Avatar perhaps? Beautiful contrast between the blue and the red, and flying off the fin beautifully.

Hey Snags, what sort of boom have you got? I seem to remember you posting about boom issues a while back? - was it the tail not fitting the main arms snugly and you were looking at a work around to solve it?

Snags, Northerlies not working up in Mackay. Enough wind out wide, but nothing in close and blowing offshore to boot. Starting to get desperate.

Firie, jealous of those WA conditions. Chomping at the bit to put the new CA through its paces but the wind gods are well and truly against me for the last month.

Thanks Guys, as Herby says life's good. Moved a little further north today, no sailing just having some quality time with the bride Tongue out One night of rums and BS with Troppo and PJ really took it out of me last night Wink

nice numbers guys and great to see you getting a sail firie.  looks beautiful (and Flatbush)

cam, must be very frustrating but  one day you'll get  perfect Sandy point conditions.

fang, yeah its the MS 170-230 one i did some remedial work on the tail but new rubber bands i had put over clips probavly not tight enough to stop it popping under load.

Troy, time to move to Yeppoon!
