160JP, 9m Gaastra GTX, 48cm fin. Only Duncan and I ... out. Wind had alot of North in it. No NE (no East). At times seemed NNW. Did not get on plane every run, as wind dropped out. Had to work hard to get on the plane even with a 9metre sail. Heading upwind was not easy, span out a few times. Not sure why 48cm spinning out. Possibly due to bit of chop coming around King Island on NNW or I did not have enough force on back foot or too much. Any advice?

HAHA. Awesome Glynn!

That is about 73.7095 km/hr! I drove down to the point at 52km/hr in a 50 zone by mistake. You sail faster than my car drives when I am in a hurry. You must have raised the TEAM (in January) in a single posting!!! I was worried my 20knots would bring down Jas's 27! Then you go past a 39.8. BONZA! Haha. Bloody awesome!

Awesome Captain. Great numbers to stretch your legs and arms after 3 days cramped in the car. Be great when some of the other team arrives to join you. I'm guessing Sue wasn't going to keep you at camp while the wind was blowing anyway. Enjoy and keep us all up to date.
