Woke up this morning hoping to go out for an early sail but the wind at my house wasn't nearly as good as I hoped, so I rolled over and slept in a little longer. Spent a nice day with the family then made a late duck down to Lipton's. Arrived at 5:20pm, with about half a dozen kites still flying but no other poleys around. By the time I rigged and got on the water at 5:35 all the kiters left me the whole place to myself.
I have to say, it was amazing nice and flat with long runs across the shore. My best session at Lipton's yet it was a really top place to sail in an easterly. Smooth water, great tunes in the headphones, lovely wind, an amazing sunset with the moon out. Couldn't ask for more fun. Eventually dragged myself off the water at about 6:50
