JP66 102L, SW 6.2NX, Uni fwd 24 wf.

My first westerly of the season at primbee was more of a teaser than anything. Involved lots of floating around and the occasional consistent gust to get a few hundred metres down the other end. Liking the board more with each ride.

Hey Mark, great going, did you take off from the caravan park? I saw a sail over there early this morning,

(not another sickie) and wondered who it was, looking from home there was some big gusts over that side

but they seemed to fade away. Was tempted a few times.

Yes that was me. Sailed from Windang because Primbee was less than 5kts. It looked windy so I rigged the 6.4, but the gusts were few and far between. The wind finally got down to Primbee end but it was hard work staying where the gusts were.

MT 5am inner harbour was a good 15 to 20 but thats right I was at work 😢. Good to hear that you had a sail. I'm still convinced!
