Hit the old stomping ground of Lake connewarre. A massive weed island had sprung up and Jacques had dredged a path through it giving us our own personal trench. Absoulute flat water sailing thru middle of weed on 1 m wide path. Not even a ripple!.. Short but sweet..

Good to get out. Christenend the new board. Not quite enough wind (or skill) to give it a real go. Look forward to the next session for some more set up time.

definately worth doing on a southerly.

Been there quite often lately on my way back from Swan Bay when theres no wind.
