Didnt expect a day like that , Brad and i were unsure if we shoudl even make the trip over to wello but it turned out to be ok , I recon witha bit more practise i can get a coupler more knots out of conditions like that too . The one board one sail one fin is going well maybe time to try a slightly smaller fin though.

Wellington Point, QLD, AU. 99 Falcon / 7 R5 / 34 Drake. Went to Wynnum first. To rough at high Tide with 7 m . Saw a shark up near the Mangroves. Packed up and drove to Wello.

Unexpected arvo session. Went to Wynnum with the intention to test the new BP Sabre 35cm. A rather unique design and to be honest i wasnt expecting much. The fin turned out to be a cracker in the rough water with a BP Peak speed of 36.89Knts @ Wynnum. 

Then sailed across the bay with Simon to Wello. Well over powered by now and with one of the biggest tides of the year running hard against the wind the waves were massive. Really struggled to get down wind to the speed bank.

Fastest speeds were at Wello running the flat water. Great Arvo and a PB 5 x10 on the FF99 & R6 7m & 35cm BP Sabre
