Finally shaken the Migrane from Monday and thumping headache from yesterday.
Late after work sail tonight decided rather than get skunked on the estuary I'd get some Avalon lumpy goodness, got there to see a nice breeze and a massive 6" swell breaking on the reef.
Was awesome out there the board was simply eating up the chop which was about waist to chest out the back but piece o piss to hit straight on.
Fastest runs were on the way out, best alpha was out the back (thanks again to Decrep and Hardz for their age old instruction)
Great session some serious fun was had and I even sailed back to shore.
