Albany Day6

Awesome session, with CST gang.. I knew they had a kms mission today.. got there at 11ish all was on the water already.. shld be a stack of pbs from them Tongue out

I was starving for speed and I went for it, non stop for 1h1/2, had an absolute ball, best sess so far Cool, was thinking about a naughty but the tide was quite low and did not want to risk it. Had some good A but they too tight Yell

Wind was just perfect cruisy fisrt, then later came in a bit harder, I was full lited on the 5.8 could have used the 5.4 at that stage, maybe tomorrow, wld love too (coz I can go faster Tongue out) Start to feel it, but I got some reserve left for tomorrow.

Was looking for my backup Elmy, he finally came late, as I was packing. Hope he managed a little something.. not sure if wind was as strong when he went out!

Tabou Manta 54, NP RSR E6 6.4m Elmo SS Weed 20cm @50º

Can type now as it's going to take 45 mins for the curry to be ready for pickup.

On Hol's and my Beloved INSISTED that I bring the trailer along, She truely loves me!!!!

Drove down today Booked into the cabin, went out shopping for provisions and sussing out touristy thangs to do a bit of shoe shopping (and checking wind reports) then back to the cabin with my marching orders.

Got down there at around 4 got my instructions from Sammy, who had set dome pretty good targets and I was skeptical that I could match him with my second use of my experimental fin, but I went out unfortunately some banging brought to my attention that the uni jiont wasn't working so back to shore to put it away.

Back out and all was going well, spent a lot of time trying to suss out the best mast foot position, still not got it figured. If I can get the same wind then I'll try the 17 with looks the biz for the flats.

Great fun out there, respect to the CST crew who were wearing a groove in the middle of the pond.

Highlight of the day was a 38knot enema which ended with me arsebraking to a grinding halt preying I didin't dig a rail.

A whole lot of fun, hopefully I can get out tomorow but not going to lose any sleep about it if I can't as I'll be out with my chickybabe!

Good to catch up with the Vic boys

Expect to See some massive numbers from Mr Saltynuts of the CST

 Congrats in advance Chris
