I am the king of George lake, only me sailing here. I deflated the car tyres and loaded the board and 3 sails inside, so did not need the trailer, the trip is a lot easier this way, but on the way back you have to cope with the messy and wet stuff. Started lighter so I rigged the 5.8 and then it was too much work to rig down. Should call this sail v8, not 5.8, it's like having a turbo. The lake was less choppy because the water is all shifting to the other side, now need to walk about 350 meters to reach the edge. Had a lot of fun doing those long runs, in the gusts the board flies out of the water. Tried a few jibes, but with that sail I got smashed.
