Canton Beach, NSW, AU late start @ 2.30pm - not much wind at Budgie so went to Canton. Not much there either. But there was chop.

Rigged the biggest gear I had, 7.3 GPS + JP 108 + 31cm weedie and went out expecting the worst.

A small rain front came through and gave me about 20 mins of some wind and I got planing a few times. Just me and 3 kiters out. Beats doing nothing I reckon. Forecast was a tad wrong I guess......

FF 89 + 19 Delta + 6.3 & 7.1 Gun Sail.

Optimistics welcome.  Turned up at the rigging area with Frothie, Bruce, Nathan and couple of the DD's, bright eyed bushy tails 'hoping' the forecast comes into fruition and blows.  So I 'optimistically' rigged my 6.3 and headed out.  Much like yesterday morning bogged around inbetween gusts.  Made the call and came in to rig the 7.1 and there were a few squalls come through so it was about being in the right place at the right time (more often than not I wasn't). 

Starboard Futura 121. Great avo out on the lake, few guys out including the Frothmyster! I felt alot more comfortable than in yesterdys knarly gusts. Only issue was I only rigged the 6m, and by the time I returned to rig a 7.5m the wind was all but gone, but good to see Johnny and Mehore for some tips anyway! Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU
