Henty, TAS, AU, A good sail with Ben and Perks. Started off WNW 22 to 25 knots, a good direction and had a few nice Nm runs.

It was a tough walk back along the sand bank, at times we were sinking into the sand up to 3 feet. After an hour or so the wind

picked up but went more square. I changed to the speed board but couldn't make it work today. Had my peak speed with the 112 on the best Nm run.

M 112, R7 7.0, CLSL1 32.

M 47, R7 6.2 CL24W.

Henty, TAS, AU

Good to get on the smaller gear at Henty and FINALLY break through the 30 NM barrier...

If you keep trying enough it does happen eventually ;)

Lots of sand fingers to dodge and a little scary at the mouth with waves rolling into the opposite bank

Thanks for the ride Cookie... Well done on the big 35's guys...

Thanks all, yes Kazza Henty is good, there are two large  shallow areas to watch out for and its best not to go too close to the bank

on the southern end of the run. The track in is pretty good, need a 4x4 though.

Thanks for pointing that out Kel my Hr and distance need a lot of workEmbarassed
