Narrabeen Lake, NSW, AU 10-25kt SSW - SSE

Swirly, gusty and patchy (as I'd heard) - add to that wrong sail chice, then wrong board choice and it was a challenging start (at least psychologically Cry)

Stuck it out though, found the speed strip and racked up a few good hours of experience.

RS3 / Koncept 5.4/ Sonntag 35

almost survival mode, but some runs were really good fun, managed to start the gps race 15 mins late and never got back in sync. During the second one had a crash and broke the boom head, it took me a long time to get back to shore and felt too cold to start the last one. It was a really nice day and a great opportunity to catch up with old friends and getting used to choppy conditions again. Hope you all come to the Myall Lakes event, windsurfing is awesome !!! Smile

Patrick 92 Overdrive 6.2 33cm VMax 2.  Last heat of GPS racing.  Wind was gusty with a bit of chop mixed in with some swiming.  Good to catch up with the Marmong Point Crew and finally got to meet and chat with Karl, our Leader!  Sans Souci, NSW, AU

Nice boys. I spotted someone out on Lake Dangerous from up on the Plateau so mustve been you Andrew. That is the worst direction for the lagoon, horribly gusty.

Try same launch spot in WSW. There are two speed spots, in that SSE you got a bit of today the weed/sand banks are perfect at the moment.
