Exocet RS6 - S2 Venom 7.7 - 46

Started off nicely E/NE with a light breeze, hoping it would build to be powered up on the 7.7 and eventually swap to the smaller baord but the wind went all over the place then.

Patirck 115 7.8m overdrive, Gun 33 Weedy.   Shoalhaven Heads closed a couple of weeks ago.  So pretty short runs as it was low tide.  Still with a bit more water this is a great spot, similar to Primbee in a lot of ways.  Looking forward to mid Jan when High tide is the afternoon, hopefully post some good speeds here. Pretty powered up on 7.8m but was fluffing about a bit helping a Mate who hasn't sailed for 15 years.  Works in North clockwise to South West by South.  Shoalhaven Heads, NSW, AU

NEr you launch from the carpark about 100m south of the Shoalhaven Heads Pub.  Grass rigging area, 2m to water with toilets and fresh water tap.  You can see the beach in the background of that shot with Rod on the wave gear in the background.  Great place to learn in most of the water is only a  0.5 to 1.0m deep.

Sounds good gents.  If the waves are small and low water it can be good sailing off Gerroa as well with Slalom gear.
