Very quick errr short sail with Shane before we called it quits. Hope the forecast for tomorrow eventuates!
Did a bit of a scouting mission before Shane called. Tide was very low about 0.4m at Harding Rd so went up to Shoal Bay where Stretch sailed last weekend. The metal boxes were out of the water, so walked out to the point where the sand & weed meet to have a look. Looked quite flat in both directions, think this area has some potential & am really keen to try it in a solid Easterly. You will have to carry your gear out a couple of hundred meters before you can float the board at that tide level though.
