Had Jez for company and a strange thing happenned - after about 1.5 hours of seeing him gracefully pump out of gybes somehow the subliminal message of how to pump must have sunk in because I found myself trance-like copying his pumping technique without actually intending to - and did my first ever effective pumps to get onto the plane (all previously attempts over the past 20 years have just slowed me down!). Yippee, am pumped, thanks Jez!
