hoppybogan (25813km): Stansbury, SA, AU 15-20 knots South SXs 90, GPS 5.8, 30 choco then 26 uni-lessacher Good session with the guys today. Was hoping for a bit of 25 but, oh well. 20 was good enough. Tricky gave me another windsurfing lesson today again, he has his mojo back. It was a good turnout too, with Jason, Steve, Simon and Jake sailing keeping me and Trick company. Couple of bevies after with the guys capped of an enjoyable afternoon
Retired Bogan (6747km): Stotty and I got to Boggy around 10.30 rigged the 6.7 Hellcat given to me by Bert on the 112L JP. Changed down to the 6.0 Severne NCX went up by the reeds and had some pretty good runs. Put the 6.7 on again and it was great, had some really good runs up the top. Wind Dropped out completely around 3.00, drifted back and it never really picked up consistently again. I'd had enough by then, was a really good day
Tricky Bogan (21417km): Another cracker day with Jason, Hoppy, Steve, Simon & Jake Rigged the 5.6 Loft RB on the ever reliable Isonic87 & this time slotted in a 18Delta Speed gave that poor fin a bashing on the razor fish today but am getting used to the way it works never feels real fast but being able to get on the flat water certainaly helps. Came in & changed to a Gun 23 weedie & that felt heaps bettter(got all my times on the delta) but the wind had dropped off a bit & the water got bumppy. Shared some cold frothys thankes to Hoppys ice as I didnt have any. |
