Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU. CA 225, Maui 9.3m, Delta 30.

Quick session on my own. After driving around to Buff and seeing Byron (I Don't Give A Shit About ANY One Else) Parking. Felt it best to go elsewhere (due to a pre exsisting angression issue)

Great fun even though wind was not much help. Great beers with Micko afterCool

Love the boom repair and new sail!

Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU

HSM 6.6 CA SL55 19 Delta

Pretty woeful effort on my part, totally overpowered in the gusts and not planing in the lulls one of my worst session this year, couldn't buy a gybe.

Lost all my energy trying to deep water start the race sail and had a big swim in at the end when the wind stopped, sheesh. I was rooted when I got in.

Sailed with Tibor, Bruce, Mick13b and Andy.

Late session with Mike - the wind lasted for about 15 min max and then died completely.  It came back in for a short time after Mike went back in.  I still enjoyed myself.  It was great to see Andrew, Bruce and Tibor and others as they were packing up.

Simmer Race 6.3 CA SL55 + 18 Kestrel.

Good on you both for getting out, sometimes you just have days like that Wayno.

Bit harsh mick and froth but understand the frustration. Don't think there's lines on the road there so hard to always get it right. Maybe do up a map of the best parking layout to fit everyone in and share it around? I always park up the street with my trailer but that's probably because I'm usually late getting there.

Well done Mick, you showed me how it is done today, you must have lasted 4 hours. I have a lot to learn. Thanks for the loan of the fin. My smaller fin was not too bad in the last sess, as the wind had picked up a little. However it was not as good going to wind and the lack of lift was also noticable. I will have to get one.

Sorry guys not meaning to upset you.

I parked up around the corner street and walked 50m yesterday no problems at all.

Even changed boards and sails 3 times.  No issue to me.

I was the only person there today when I got there and I wasn’t early I dropped kids at school etc. and had to go to work so only quick sail for me and really didn’t think many people would come and they didn’t.

I will endeavour to be courteous to all people as I always do.

Had a very strange sail with 3 other people in 4 to 25knots so up and down it was crazy.

I hear you Mick/Frothie. I must admit as a relative newby and infrequent vistor ive often just followed what other people were doing when parking my trailer/car and probably been a bit ignorant and inconsiderate. When I do come down I get there early and have probably underestimated the demand for parking. Apologies if ive contributed to the problem and anxiety. Jesus it's got busy down there in the last year! Anyway, hopefully its been brought to everybodys attention now and everyone is in no doubt as to what the parking arrangements are. Always great to hang out, learn from and sail with the Marauders and I look forward to doing it again soon!

I feel for you Wayne! As you know, I ended up in the murky shark infested channel too!! And by the way, my parking is awesome! Nuff said! Wink
