Wind came up for an hour or so SSW, then dropped and shifted SE. Just enough time for a session from the Angling Club on a sunny afternoon. 107+7.4

GEAR:  12'6 WINDSUP, KA KOYOTE 8.2

 

DETAILS:  Missed the good wind!...by the time I rigged up mid afternoon it already looked like it was dropping so went for the longboard instead.  Had a few nice runs in a reasonable breeze before it went to nothing..,

Elwood, VIC, AU SL108 CA, 7.5 Koncept, 42 C3 Venom. The board was very comfortable even with a carbon bottom. Hate the fin though, could not push against it, only thing that fitted though. Deeeep tuttle box! Why??? 

Overall the board gave great confidence to keep pushing on. Looking forward to the flat waterLaughing

You looked pretty comfortable on the setup yesterday Naz, good going on a 7.5, is it possible to stick a spacer under your existing tuttle fins? Not sure if the screws would line up, just a thought...

Ah Peter, Just think, you could have been on the fluro yellow weapon, I was 4 knots faster...Wink  Just stiring...you looked very fast and composed on the Carbon art.  You just need to fill the front edge of your fin then sand it until it fits perfectly...no problem running tuttle fins in deep tuttle box, just need to fit them.....says me who has the worst fitting fins around...must get to that.
