      Coodanup WA AU.

Was in the area of Fangys so contacted Fangy to check that all official documentatoin to get into fangyland was up to date, and

then it was all go down to the hook. Was giving the fangyfin a go in all conditions, a bit of chop hopping and some relative smooth.

I didnt have any problems and everthing went very well, chasing Fangy around the place, the fin peformed very well,... a no fuss

allrownder for most conditions.

Was very happy with the board allso,  iSonic87, ka kon6.6, and the fangy fin 23cm/55.

A top fangy arvo,  Laughing  smiles all round !!!!     Cool

Fab late season cruise around with Fin. Post more later, including why you shouldn't take Fin to a lady boy bar in Thailand...

I had to let Fin into the realm today. There was a mild breeze, but there was no chance his bongo van was going to make any headway, so I let him rest at the hook while the engine cooled down. Me? Well, I was inspired by all the miles done on and off the water by my team mates in the past few days. I decided a road trip was on the cards. It's weird how when you are on a mission, the time seems to fly by. The trip seemed over in less than a minute. Which is was. Cos I joined Fin at the hook.

There was another sailor out on small gear. Fin assured me that it was a male sailor. It wasn't. (I recognised the car over at Nairns as well as of the locals) having established that he would indeed struggle to pick the ladyboys on a pub crawl in SE Asia, we decided to go for a cruise. I whacked the Koncept 7.5 onto the barge, and the Fangyfin24 in the slot. I followed Fin for a bit to look at how the board, sail, fin combo worked. Fin always looks nicely composed, but this board seemed to trim nicely and the degree of yaw was much less than I am used to seeing. I treated my fin poorly and did some crash testing against the real estate. It seems to be holding very well compared to G10. And that was pretty much the ball game, cruising back and forth with an occasional squirt on the Chutney Run.

Good times and defo top ten Fangy autumn day.

Glad the staff car made the distance, Fangy. I am, however, concerned about your mentioning the ladyboy bar again. Very concerned.

Fin, you need to be sure you are not led astray by Fangy.....don't let him lure you over the gravel flats either.

Good to see you both using the facilities in FangyLand. (Ah. I see now that sentence has come out poorly on re-reading. Sorry)

I think I need a FangyFin, Fangy, as they seem to be a real success. Is there a dealer on the Gold Coast ?   Smile

Nice one fellas, that sounds like very enjoyable cruise around the Kingdom Cool

Looking at the tracks it looks like you were able to go upwind very well Fin. That was one of the aspects I really liked about the FF, sooo much better than a Delta. Which version of the Fangy Fin did you get to use?

Morts, I had an original MKII 24, and Pas had the Pepeboxed version, which is probably the prettiest of them all - and still that way even after Pas' session. The 7.5 sail married to the fin is pushing the envelope and I generally got caned by Pas on the uphill stuff - I think the MK II with a 6.6 sail is a much happier marriage, as you saw, uphill he was monstering it.

Wazzacademic - "is there a dealer on the GC?" not only is there a dealer, I think there is a whole TV show Tongue out If you want a fin, you will need  to let me know what you intend to use it for, eg. BBQ plate, garden shovel, 4WD recovery anchor, etc., so that I get the best fit for you.

Yep Sunday is looking good Slugger. I don't know whether it will be the Hook or Wamba rd launch. Big tide and stronger winds favour Wamba, but I will let you know on WhatsApp. Fin wise; I have both Powerbox fins, which I thought you used last time. But if not, Pas has one and I think Firie has the other tuttlebox fin - you will have wrangle them ( that's just left a disturbing image in my mind )
