Good to get out there after a while, RRD111; Reflex 7.8; 42
It all got a bit too much in the end but lost of fun.
Nice to catch up with alot of the team.

Better than expected light wind session. Came in just before the front hit.

Didn't expect a whole lot so only took 1 board and 2 sails. 7.8 was the recommendation which was only just enough until the beasty looking cloud came over and bought some overpowering wind with it. Had a hard time holding it down sometimes as it was a little choppy. Classic wintery conditions minus the rain.

Good to get a sail in, wind came in fairly strong so the 7.5 was a bit much should have gone with the gut instinct to rig the 6.3 when I got down to Melville. Always tommorow, great to see quite a few Pinnas even JJ made an appearance.

Was light when I arrived and stayed that way for most of the afternoon. Happily planing around in the light winds when the squall came through and got blown out of the water on the big gear. Swam back in and changed down only to get out when the wind dropped off and getting dark. Thought I would save it for tomorrow so called it a day. Good team turnout and good to finally get some wind.
