Kalmus, Cape Cod. 10 mph when I left home, but too warm and sunny to work, so planned on a longboard session. Wind picked up to 16 mph averages while I rigged, the F2 Lightning was fully planing right away, even though the mast track is stuck near the front. Switched to the slalom board and sailed up to the Kennedy Slicks. The 44 cm pointer felt a bit big in the gusts, but the wind dropped again after just a couple of runs near the wall. Nina decided to stay at home since the forecast did not look so good, and now seems rather unhappy that she missed out.
