Nigel (4616km): Kyeemagh, NSW, AU || SSW 15-21 Rocket 115, ODR8 7.8, Vmax4 39 Bobbed out to the runway twice and thought, damn it... shouldda hit the Royal National Park on my MTB. Still, bobbing around with a waterproof ipod cranking out my fav toons wasn't so bad. Then it notched up a touch and the next 25 kilometers were a real hoot - planing the whole time. Sailing the moguls with music in my ears was just like a living breathing windsurfing video. Ya kinda gotta try it to get it. Just awesome!! And, I do really really enjoy windsurfing in chop - a lot!! Pretty happy with the numbers given it was really only 18-20kts out there most of the time. Great to sail with my teamy, Andrew who was doing great in the wobbly seas and also share some runs with Lord Justin of Mid-North :)

Andrew (15048km): Kyeemagh, NSW, AU 15-21kt SSW || 118 Manta 7.8OD 44 T-Lab A fresh southerly to open the winter account. I love sailing over weed beds, but it was nice to come home and stick the back foot over a big old pointer fin - that's the great thing about Botany Whatever music you were listening to Nigel it must have been working - looking very relaxed in the bumpy conditions. Great numbers as always and you were gybing like it was flat water. Good to see you! |
