Giorgio I've got a 3,4,5mm and had to sit in the water occasionally yesterday to cool off. It's the womens Neil Pryde. I used to wear so amny wetties I could hardly move .. Now it's great comfort + warmth..

 ok I know it's the womens but they should have the male one there..

thanks Sue, but the 2 wetsuits works well , the top one is a short one so I don't get arm cramps...
