JJ (25827km): South Freo & Melville Beach, WA Double header NM session. Early morning at South Freo - big messy swell & solid WNW 25 knots. Got one NM run in (through Crazy Waves) - 28.1 knots. Quit before it got ugly
Lunchtime session at Melville, I guess 15 to 23 knots - best NM back to the car park So good to be back on the Mistral again and good to catch up with the local crew. M91 Koncept 6.2 CLSW 28

Kenny (16394km): Melville Beach, WA, AU A constant WNW wind which increased a bit in the arvo with gusts up to 30 knots. Pretty warm and no rain for once. Went for quite a few long runs to majestic point and was knackered by the end of the session. 5.5 Tr7, isonic 97, 31 then 25 tribal ws
Boz (39135km): Coodanup, WA, AU Thought I'd change it up and go to Fangy's today probably not the best desicion as it was very up and down. Looked promising driving down but when I got there Fangy and Slugger were all snuggled up waiting for wind Eventually some wind did arrive all too brief was looking forward to doing k's and a solid hour, next time. Good to catch up though with Slugger, Fangy, Swindy who eventually arrived, Jonski and Stroppo who was probably the smartest and gave sailing a miss today. Tiga 275, Koncept 5.9
Snake (23888km): Cocos Islands, AU. Day 5. |
